During these months, you can see several cultural festivals, one of them is Reba Festival held by Langa People in Ngada Regency. This traditional festival is a thanksgiving celebration to expresses gratitude to God and the ancestors.
In addition, another festival you can see is Komodo Festival which is held every March in West Manggarai Regency. During this festival, you can see a parade of Komodo statues and interesting traditional dances such as the Caci Dance.
April - May

If you want to explore the natural scenery in Labuan Bajo, then the best time to come here is from April to May. During these months, the weather is usually sunny. This means you can see the beautiful natural scenery clearly.
From April to May you can clearly see endless green hills, combined with clear skies and blue sea. It’s the perfect time to snap some pictures to fill your ‘gram with charming photos.

May - August
Best Time to See the Komodo Mating Season
So, you must be curious about when is the best time to see the Komodo mating season, right? Well, Komodo dragons mate between May-August, and the female Komodo lay eggs in September.
You can see the huge lizards that you can only find in Indonesia during that time. Witness the mating season by yourself and get a once-in-a-lifetime experience!
By the way, even though you can see the Komodo dragons roaming around freely, you still have to keep a safe distance, t-mates. There will be a ranger who will guide you throughout the tour.
October - December
